of Arizona's Award of Appreciation.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Names BBOD Project Member
‘AZ Finest’

(Phoenix) Shehara Smallwood, a financial professional, has been named by Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of AZ Finest. This honor has been bestowed upon her in recognition of her outstanding contributions to society. She is one of 13 people selected for this award.

The recipients must be unmarried and exemplary volunteers in the community.  Smallwood is on the Advisory Board of Phoenix Conservatory of Music, a member of Black Board of Directors Project, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, American Business Women’s Association and Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce. She is active in her church, Faith Christian Center.

She has also volunteered for Junior Achievement and the National Endowment for Financial Literacy.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, she earned a BS in electrical and computer engineering from Ohio State University.

Phoenix Business Journal Names BBOD Project Member
Donvishon Bradley a Leader Under 40

(Phoenix) Donvishon Bradley, a clinical recruiter, Banner Good Samaritan, has been selected by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of 40 Leaders under 40 in the Valley.

He earned a BS in human resources from University of Phoenix and previously attended Jackson State University. Hs is active in civic and professional affairs, Bradley serves on the board of Valley Youth Theatre and serves on the diversity-professional advisory committee at Jobing.com. Also, he has volunteered with Junior Achievement.
